SOCIAL MEDIA PORTFOLIO
The Mike Ferry Organization (MFO) approached our team in August 2019 to assist them in managing their robust social media accounts as well as improve the overall look of their website. With over 50,000 Facebook fans and 40,000 YouTube subscribers, it was clear that the company needed help in maintaining a strong presence online, creating compelling content that would drive traffic and sales, and developing strategies that will make their social media stand out from the competition.
We first enhanced their social media profiles with customized headers and contemporary video thumbnails. We also updated their social media handles and made sure they were consistent across all platforms. Our team then developed a content marketing strategy to increase engagement and promote their upcoming events. Within the first month, MFO’s Facebook page was receiving more engagement than its competitors. The posts were receiving up to 1,100+ likes and 600+ event responses. As of April 2020, their Facebook page has gained a total of 41,000+ reactions, shares, and comments. Some of their videos on Facebook have also accumulated over 19,000 views.
In addition, our social media team transformed their Instagram feed and made it more cohesive and modern. We’ve added Instagram Story covers and published newly designed graphics to keep the account fresh and engaging. MFO’s Instagram Story is also beginning to send organic traffic to the website, which has not happened in the past. By constantly updating this feature, we have given MFO another vehicle to promote their services and reach more people online.
Our social media team is continuously looking for ways to boost brand awareness. We’ve assisted MFO in performing Facebook and Instagram lives during their workshops, which stirred up excitement and resulted in many positive comments. We always also keep their Instagram and Facebook Stories active during their events to not only keep followers engaged but also to keep Mike Ferry and his team top of mind. MFO’s direct messages and inboxes are also closely monitored by our team. We respond to their clients’ questions promptly, which have resulted in potential sales.
